What storage do you use?
I’m a health coach and I like to help others find easy methods to make those healthy choices each day. Life should be easy, and eating healthy should be easier than it often feels like it is. I’m a firm believer that if we have access to fresh produce at hand in our homes, we’re more likely to make better choices when it comes to feeding ourselves. It’s my hope that with a few tips and a little confidence, you’ll start getting more comfortable with handling healthy produce that makes your produce taste great and your body feel better.
Over the next few posts, I will be exploring topics like ethylene (a hormone that causes fruits to ripen), humidity levels in the refrigerator, where you should store basil and what food is taking up that unnecessary space in the fridge and which could be stored in the pantry. Did you know some produce don’t get along with each other!
