Banana on Toast
Banana on Toast is a childhood favourite of mine. I loved it and I realise now why it was made for me so much. Bananas are packed full of health benefits for us. Children can be picky eaters, but combine it with some chocolate or dusting of sugar and they normally have no problems eating this breakfast delight.
Ingredients:
2 slices of bread
1 banana
Method:
Toast bread and slice banana.
Layer banana on one slice of toast.

Additional Notes:
I like my banana on toast dusted with cocoa powder and drizzled with maple syrup.
Alternatively, why not add spices such as pumpkin spice or cinnamon for a slightly different taste!
Or you could add peanut butter or jam or both to the bread before topping with banana.
Freezing Notes:
Why not use frozen bananas? Defrost and mash before placing on the toast.
