Grapes
Freezing grapes is a great way to have a healthy and refreshing snack on hand at all times. Here are the steps to freeze grapes:
Preparation:
Start by washing the grapes thoroughly and removing any stems that may still be attached.
Packaging:
Once the grapes are dry, place them in a single layer on a baking sheet. Make sure that the grapes are not touching each other. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for approximately 1 hour, or until the grapes are completely frozen.
Transfer:
After the grapes are frozen, transfer them to a plastic freezer bag or an airtight container. Make sure to label the bag or container with the date so you know how long the grapes have been in the freezer.
Thawing:
To thaw the grapes, simply take them out of the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes or you can also run them under cool water. I like to eat them frozen!
Storage Time:
Frozen grapes can be stored in the freezer for up to 12 months.
