When it comes to meal prepping, start!
If you’re a beginner, don’t try to prep everything at once. Instead, choose one meal and focus your efforts there for the week.
If you are making a bolognese, chilli, lasagne, why not make double and freeze it for another meal? It can be just as easy to cook double a meal at one time. Sit back and enjoy just having to defrost and reheat the meal the following week!
Are you busy making pancakes on a Saturday morning? Make double or even triple and freeze them! Make the following Saturday a breeze when you defrost and reheat them straight from the freezer! Stuck for a recipe, check out ours! We have recipes for pancakes and muffins in our recipe section.
As you get comfortable with the process, you can begin to add more meals to your prepping plan.
