There’s no right or wrong when it comes to meal prepping. Whatever works best for you and your family is okay!
It isn’t the same from person to person and doesn’t have to look the same from week to week.
To create a successful meal prepping technique, all you need is to fit it into your schedule.
Just because someone else meal preps for the week on Sunday morning doesn’t mean this is the time you have to meal prep. Be flexible and schedule meal prepping around your life.
I love to meal prep for the weekend and the following week! This fits well with my schedule and my life and commitments. I also schedule a leftover day to ensure anything in the fridge is eaten up before the next shopping trip occurs. As you all know, I love to Save Money, Freeze Food!
