It would help if you asked yourself questions such as:
What do you want to eat for the week?
How many meals do you want to prep for?
What food do you already have in?
What food will you need to purchase?
Meal prepping is the process of preparing your food for the week, while planning is the process of buying the items you’ll need.
What recipes best fit your needs and schedule?
What would you like to eat in the following week?
Is there any favourite Take Out’s you could replicate at home?
